HI, I’M PAIGE
At 17, I moved across the country to New York to play collegiate volleyball. I became a four-year starting outside hitter, balanced three jobs, chased scholarships, and served as Miss Teen of America.
That season of my life taught me grit, resilience, and the power of showing up when the odds are stacked against you.
After earning my MBA, I landed what I thought was my dream job as an accountant. But within six months, I was miserable—stuck in a cubicle for 10+ hours a day, staring at spreadsheets, and realizing that the people I reported to weren’t living the lives I wanted to emulate.
Promotions meant more hours, more stress, and still having to ask permission to take a Tuesday off. I knew deep down that wasn’t the future I wanted.
So in the middle of the pandemic, with no network, no industry experience, and no roadmap, I launched Durgan Agency from my Chicago apartment. Within five years, I built it into a multiple six-figure business with my name on the door.
Along the way, I married my husband (chef Hunter), became a mom to the cutest little boy (Brooks), and discovered the freedom that comes from building something on my own terms.
